Enough of Cindy Sheehan already
She lost her son in Iraq. I do feel her pain and recognize her loss. Casey is the HERO, and he gave the ultimate sacrifice. She has met with the President already. Why does she need a second meeting? Why is she being used as a puppet of the left? Where was her anti military stance when her son joined the army 5 years ago? Why is her other son telling her to come home?
I come from a military family. Father in the Navy and three brothers that served in the Army. I am very sensitive to issues of military families. Due to a sports related injury to my shoulder, I was unfit for military service(for all you{if any readers out there} who would question why I didn't serve). What pisses me off is when people VOLUNTEER for the military, take the paycheck, then when called to duty become a pacifist. Why didn't Cindy counsel her son 5 years ago when he joined? Her actions hurt troup morale and ultimately are a detriment to their safety. For God's sake stop grandstanding and being taken advantage of by the lefties out there.
My empathy for Cindy has past, but the standing of her son Casey as a hero will remain forever.

Mrs. Sheehan knows this war was falsely promoted based upon lies told by this administration. The majority of Americans polled now agree with her.
But, househusband, if you feel so strongly about this war now, then pack your bags and get over there.
The military would accept you, inspite of your ?injuries?. They're accepting much less now, since recruitment numbers are practically negligible. The military has drastically lowered their standards, and are accepting felons with records, and kids with drug abuse habits, and they've raised the age limit so the older men can now enlist. So, they'd be salivating to have the likes of you come and serve. Don't you want to do your family proud and make your contribution?
I'd understand why any reasonable person wouldn't support this war, but you seem to think it's a good idea to perpetuate this illegitmate fiasco Mr. Bush has started by sacrificing other people's children....So, if you agree with what Reagan enthusiast is saying, those who sign up for service should be required at some point to expect to serve, why don't you put your Patriotism where your mouth is and stop beating up on women or mothers of our fallen heros? That seems only right...and you seem to be all about what's 'right."
Because if not for your ?injury?, you'd be otherwise gung ho, correct?
And I guarantee you, a little ? old shoulder injury? is nothing compared to the damages our brave men and women are being asked to risk by supporters of this war, like you. Heck, you'd be a shoo-in.
Maybe though, being the patriot you seem to be, you just want to follow Mr. Bush's example and remain on vacation.

Besides, tell him that if you have two children or more, enlisting is NOT an option for parents.
Take it from a family who served in the past, wants to serve now, but cannot because of stringent enlistment laws...
And, to anonymous loser, why aren't you signed up? If you take pride enough in your country to talk smack against your President, voted in by more than half the country, why aren't you serving to protect it?
